Old Town Newhall Library Features Works of Israeli Artist Naomi Young
It was a wonderful evening as about 200 visitors came to view the “DOMES” art exhibit opening at the Newhall Library. It was a festive event with delicious Israeli food and music for the guests.
The “DOMES” solo art exhibit focused upon Jerusalem and its landscapes.
Naomi Young was born and raised in that magical city. In her art, one can experience how she pours her love and yearnings for the city she left 40 years ago into her works. And through these colorful, naive paintings, poetry and mosaic pieces the viewer can share in that joy, wonder and love.
Over 30 works of art will remain on display at the Newhall library until May 12th 2018.
